Case Study
How Fernhill Landscapes turned stronger search visibility into more booked consultations

Fernhill Landscapes designs and builds gardens across New Jersey. Its website looked good but brought in few enquiries, so we rebuilt its service pages and local search presence around the consultations it wanted to book.
The challenge
Fernhill had a handsome new website that almost nobody found. Its pages described the company but not the work people search for, such as patios, planting plans or garden lighting, and the contact form was buried at the bottom of the home page.
What we did
Keyword research
Found the searches homeowners make for each service in the towns Fernhill covers.
Planned one page per service, and one per town where demand justified it.
Service pages
Wrote each page around the questions homeowners ask: cost, timing and what the work involves.
Added project photos and a short consultation form to every page.
Technical fixes
Compressed the large photos that slowed the site down on phones.
Fixed the page titles and internal links so search engines could follow the site.
Local search
Completed the Google Business Profile and added before-and-after photos every month.
Results
Organic traffic rose 60% in six months.
Consultation requests doubled, most of them through the new service pages.
Three in four target searches now show Fernhill on the first page.
What the client said
“The new pages bring in exactly the kind of jobs we want. Clients arrive having read about our patios and planting work, and the consultation is half done before we visit.”
